Learn Spanish at your own pace in this beginner-progressive level total Spanish immersion class. Build confidence through verb conjugation, writing, reading and conversational activities. Start with learning/reviewing ABCs, numbers, vocabulary, phrases and more. This is a very personalized program, where the instructor teaches each student at their own level and slowly but surely challenges students to move up. New material is introduced each session. Krav Maga is a self-defense program that uses fitness, boxing, kicks, weapons defense, ground defense and other mixed systems. The focus changes weekly. Rotating curriculum allows a variety of material to be taught and keeps students stimulated with a variety of material. We recommend that students be in good physical condition prior to enrollment. Taught by a United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) teaching professional, it includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases.
