Fitness Flex Plans

Flex Plan pass pictures will need to be taken and a key FOB will be issued. Those processes can be completed at any of the registration offices. Any additional information on Flex Plans, please contact Abby Krueger, Fitness Health & Wellness Coordinator, at 847-496-6265.

Pool Passes

Only Renewals from 2016 season can be done online.

All other purchases must be done in person at one of the registration offices. To complete your online renewal, you first will need to log in. Under 'My Account' please click 'Pass Renewal' and follow steps to complete purchase. Any questions please call the park district 847-991-0333.

High intensity licensed workout combining shadow boxing, dance, athletic drills, kicks, punches and more.

“Ditch the workout & join the party!” Licensed programming utilizes Latin based moves and music, various speeds, easy to follow steps for all levels.

• Zumba Step
Take Zumba dance and/or step aerobics to the next level. Traditional stamina of step class with a Latin beat.

• Cardio Kettlebell Blast
30 high intensity minutes of interval training with kettlebells. Focus on aerobic improvements. Complete workout in a short and effective session.

STRENGTH FLEX CLASSES
• Muscle Conditioning
Build strength, endurance, range of motion, tone and flexibility in the musculature. A variety of weight and resistance equipment will be used.

• Resistance Kettlebell Blast
30 high intensity minutes of interval training with kettlebells. Focus on strength improvements. Complete workout in a short and effective session.

• Core Kettlebell Blast
A strength class for the torso, neck to knees. Intense 30 minutes of exercise. Focus on the core. Complete workout, short and effective.

COMBINATION FLEX CLASSES
• Tabata
High intensity interval training. Combine cardio and strength in a fact paced, fun, calorie burning workout. Adapts to medium-high intensity fitness levels.
• Rise & Sweat
Total body challenge workout. Each class varies with equipment and instructor. One class provides an overall, balanced daily workout.
• Body Weight Only
Combine cardio and body weight movements in a dynamic combination. Suitable and adaptable to various fitness levels.


BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY FLEX CLASSES
